A Telecaller is an important part of our client-interaction team, responsible for making outbound calls, handling incoming inquiries, and building strong customer relationships
Job Responsibility
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and follow up on enquiries
- Respond to incoming calls and messages, providing information clearly and politely.
- Maintain accurate records of call logs, customer feedback, and follow-up actions
- Work closely with the sales/marketing team to ensure consistent messaging.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to team goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
Overall, a Telecaller is an important part of our client-interaction team, responsible for making outbound calls, handling incoming inquiries, and building strong customer relationships
- Minimum High School / +2 (12th grade) education.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language
- Pleasant phone manner and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse client personalities
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
