As a Video Editing & Videographer Intern, you’ll be part of the creative team producing engaging video content. You’ll work closely with our video and content leads to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality videos that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Job Responsibility
- Assist in filming and capturing video content (onsite and in studio), including shoots, interviews, events, product demos, etc.
- Edit raw video footage into polished final content using video-editing software.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, transitions, sound, and music for enhanced storytelling.
- Collaborate with creative directors, graphic designers, and clients to understand project briefs and requirements.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure the video content meets deadlines.
- Keep up to date on video trends, editing techniques, and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic degree or coursework in film, media, communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interest in videography and video editing.
- Some experience (in school projects, personal work, freelancing) with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting, audio recording.
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, colour, and sound.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
